If F2 generation is asked:

Phenotype ratio (which is the physical appearance) = 3:1

TT Tt Tt : tt

Genotype ratio (genes ratio) =1:2:1

TT :Tt Tt :tt

So there are 3 tall plants and 1 dwarf plant. Hence the ratio is 3:1
