At the smaller length of sonometer wire ( L1= 1m), the frequency of wire should be higher, thus -

v1 = v+5

At the larger length of sonometer wire ( L2= 1.05m), the frequency of wire should be lower, thus-

v1 = v-5

Following the law of length = v1/v2 = L2/L1

v+5/v-5 = 1.05/1

v+5 = 1.05v-5.25

0.05v = 10.25

v = 10.25/0.05

v = 205

Thus the frequency of the tuning form will be 205 Hz
