When aluminum oxide reacts with hydrogen fluoride then it forms Aluminum fluoride and water .

The reaction are as follows::

Al2O3 + 6HF ==> 2AIF3 + 3H2O

Aluminum oxide + Hydrogen fluoride => Aluminum fluoride + water
