{\pink{\huge{Current=20A\: Resistance=11ohms}}}

{\blue{\huge{Explanation}}}

When an electric heater is connected on 220 V line, V is constant so here the relation P = VI is adequate

P=VI

4.4kw = 220v × I

I = 4.4kw/220v

I = 4400/220 A

I = 20A

Resistance can be calculated by ohm's law

R = V/I

R = 220/20

R = 11Ω
