when a electron will jump from it's neutral she'll to the higher state shell when it gets energy.
When the electron comes to the its neutral state again then it leaves its energy in the form of ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION means in the form of light.
When an electron of hydrogen comes to higher energy state to lower energy state then it releases energy and forms HYDROGEN SPECTTRA!!!!
