When an iron nail is dropped into a test tube containing copper sulphate solution, the colour of the solution changes after sometime. Also the iron nail gets covered with a
reddish brown coating.

b) in such reactions , iron displaces copper from the solution because iron is more reactive than copper and the colour of the solution changes from blue to green .

c) contained in part b) iron is more reactive than copper
