(1) The reaction takes place in test tube is displacement reaction.
(2)This is displacement reaction because when an iron nail is immersed or dropped in copper sulphate solution in test tube then the iron displaces copper in it's compound as iron is more reactive than copper.
(3) The copper sulphate solution turns pale green due to the displacement of iron .The reaction is
CuSO4 (aq) + Fe(s) = FeSO4 (aq) + Cu (s).
