Explanation:

The western population winters at a single site along the south coast of the Caspian Sea in Iran and breeds just south of the Ob River east of Ural Mountains in Russia. A central population of Siberian Cranes that once nested in western Siberia and flocked to India during winters, is no more.

Explanation: Siberian cranes migrate to bharatpur during winter.During winter in Siberia,it is dead cold, day light is short, food is scarce .So they look for better living conditions else where to rear their young ones and to have better living conditions.

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER-

India used to be a winter home for Siberian Cranes from much before the arrival of humans. The earliest evidence of the presence of the species comes from a 17th century illustration by Ustad Mansur, and the last Sibe to visit India was a pair that spent the winter at Keoladeo National Park, Bharatpur in 2001/2002.
