Article 32 - Constitutional Remedy. According to article 32 if there is any violation of fundamental right then aggrieved person can approach to the court to issue the Writs.

Article 32 is exclusively for supreme court and it is exclusively for Fundamental rights.

while High court is also having the power under Article 226 to issue writs for violation of fundamental right and other rights.
