When are magnetic field lines out of the plane and into the plane? (Urgent)

As per the Right Hand Thumb rule, the magnetic field lines are out of the plane when the current is flowing in anti-clockwise direction and the magnetic field lines are into the plane when the current is flowing in clockwise direction.
