When ball is thrown straight up,its velocity and acceleration at the top is?

when the ball is moving upward the acceleration acting on it is '-g'. Due to this negative acceleration at a time its velocity will be equal to zero ( v = u - gt ) at the top. then this acceleration will brought the ball to the ground.

Velocity at the top position : 0

Acceleration at the top position : - g = -9.81 m/sec²  in the direction vertically  downwards.
