The frequency produced by the moment/vibration of the wings of bee is in between audible frequency but crow is a big animal with big Wings and it also produce voice but its voice is not enough to be noticed.

A bee produces a buzzing sound through the quick movement of its wings when it flies. A bumble bee produces more sound by the movement of both its wings and the thorax. This does not happen when a crow gently flaps its wings when it flies.
