Cu(SO_{4}) + Fe ---> Fe_{2}(SO_{4}) + Cu

When Copper sulphate reacts wit Iron, displacement reaction takes place in which Iron displaces Copper in order to produce Iron Sulphate and Copper.

This reaction takes place because Iron is more reactive than Copper.
