into the secondary memory?

Primary Memory is internal memory of Computer. So it can't be carried out anywhere whereas secondary memory like hard disks , pendrives can be carried anywhere. So as an backup , or as an data transfer from one device to other device secondary memory is used. So to transfer to other device there is need to copy data and programs from primary to secondary .
