Sir William Lawrence Bragg was a biophysicist and X-ray crystallo-grapher. he was a British who was born in Australia.

He discovered the  Bragg's law of X-ray diffraction (vital for the determination of crystal formation).  He was designated as the Lecturer in Natural Sciences at Trinity College In 1914. In the same year, he has bestowed the Barnard Medal.
