When doctors prescribe medicines, like tablets, syrup or capsules for different body parts like for throat, stomach, liver, kidneys, head etc....how does the medicine know where our body part is? Like why does it only work at a particular area and not the whole body? Please explain doctor

actually it's an amazing question
the medicine which is prescribed to us do work for an particular organ, yeah it does because the medicine has that one spl quality to analyse the defective part, and it does work on it...
