When velocity of particle and magnetic field are in same direction then Magnetic Force Becomes Zero
Magnetic force = qV × B

♧Yes, but only if they are moving in or opposite to the direction of the magnetic field. In effect only the component of the magnetic field perpendicular to the velocity of an electrically charged particle acts to produce magnetic forces on the particle.

If the magnetic field in question isn’t just about perfectly straight, it’s very unlikely that moving charged particles wouldn’t experience magnetic forces within the field.
