When does a plural verb come after a common noun?
If I mention two sentences ...
The rich are not always happy. Here we use plural verb. But when we say....Cow is a domestic animal. Here we use singular verb. Yes, here is an article "a" . Is this the only reason for using singular verb in the second sentence?​
