it is withdrawal of India typically starts at the beginning of the month of September and finishes by the month of October..the northeast monsoon normally burst around 20 th October and last for about 50 days before withdrawing...

it starts withdrawing after the monsoon reaches the Himalaya range and strikes to it after striking the monsoon loose it's moisture in West Bengal, Assam area and it comes to bay of Bengal and from that gain moisture, due overload of moisture rain occurs in Odisha , Andhra Pradesh, Chennai and all the south east area.
