question is in complete but after muscle there is with Ca2+ so the answer will be slow contraction....is there ..

Explanation:

EDTA is Ethylene diamine Teta acetic acid, when it is injected into muscles it stops the contraction of muscles.
When neurotransmitter gives the signal, Ca2+ releases from sarcolemma and will reach sarcoplasm and spread there. The troponin binds to calcium ions and the active sites of actin filaments are open, the myosin comes and binds. But if the EDTA is injected, it will bind to Calcium ions. And therefore active sites will not open and no contraction will occur.
