Elections are said to be "undemocratic" if there is corruption at the process of elections. For instance, if there is constant rigging or booth capturing at the time when the voters cast their vote. Also, unnecessary expenditure on the candidate and bribing the voters to vote for that party if that party gives the family some money make the elections undemocratic.
