when electricity is passed through water then two gases hydrogen and oxygen are produced one on the other hand when heat is supplied to water then another gas is produced produced what type of change take place in the first please be in the second please

According to me...
In the first case the process is known as electrolysis in which electricity is passed in water to obtain hydrogen and oxygen.
In the second place the process is known as evaporation where , when heat is provided the molecules overcome their intermolecular force and oxygen escapes in the form of bubbles.
