When factories close down, many once regular workers are found selling goods or pulling
a cart or doing some odd jobs. How can be the problem of these workers be solved? How
the problem of unemployment can be solved in our country?

This type of unemployment is called Seasonal Unemployment. There are certain times or seasons, in agriculture or factories or even shops of particular products, when manpower is not needed because there is nothing to do. For example, an ice-cream parlour needs not employ lots of people during the cold winter season. Pineapple cultivators need labourers only during planting and harvesting months.
