when ferrous sulphate crystals is heated it decomposes into ferric oxide along with sulphur oxides why copper sulphate is not react this

It depends on the medium in which the compound is. Ferrous sulfate decomposes to ferric oxide due to the oxidizing environment and moreover copper in copper sulphate is in its highest oxidation state thus doesn't oxidise further
