When 'h' coins each of the radius 'r' units and thickness 1 unitbisvstacked one upon the other, what would be the solid object you get? Also find its C.S.A.

the solid will be a cypinder

No. of coins = h

Radius of a coin = r units

Thickness of a coin = 1 unit

If h coins is stacked one upon other, the resulting solid is Solid right circular Cylinder.

Height of the cylinder = h(no. of coins) × 1 >>> h units.

Radius of the cylinder = r units.

CSA of the cylinder = 2πrh sq.units.

If we substitute the value, we would get the same formula as bolded above
