when i workout at that time my body dosent feel pain but the next day it hurts why??

because lack of oxygen when you work that time the oxygen is in less amount and your body need more oxygen thats time''

and when you feeling pain next day then the body prepared more oxygen automatically when you not working....

so that why you will feel pain next day....
