Hey MATE!

To find the least dozens left when 5 to 6 dozens of oranges were placed we subtract 3 from both of them:

5-3 = 2 Dozen
6-3 = 3 Dozen

Now we do same to 9 and 8 and subtract 1 from both :

9 - 1 = 8 Dozen
8 - 1 = 7 Dozen

2 < 3 <7 < 8

Therefore the least dozens left are 2 from the 5 dozen box.

Hope it helps

We find the LCM of 5,6,8,9 and add three. So, we get 360+3=363. Therefore 363 are the minimum no of oranges
