when iron rod is kept dipper in copper sulphate solution for some time ,a brown coating is formed on the iron rod.what change will observed in the colour of the solution

The iron present in the rod being more reactive than copper displaces it form its salt solution (CuSO4) and forms FeSO4 as a result the copper which is displaced settles on the iron rod. The color of solution will turn blue to green as CuSO4 is blue and FeSO4 is green.
