If you travel in a train then the body is moving in respect of the outside but the body is in uniform speed as it is inside the train and both the body and the train are running in same speed.

hey friend,
when the body moves equal distance or speed in equal interval of time it is said to be uniform motion.

for example if we say A bus moves from kamla nagar to rohini at the time 2 hours and distance 200km and next from rohini to rajouri garden at the time 2hours and distance 200km.Then it will said to be uniform motion.
hope will help u
