When angle of the current carying conductor is 0°,180°,360° etc, i.e. parallel to the magnetic field, the force experienced by it will be lowest, as the area subjected to the magnetic field will be low.

Extra information: on the contrary, when the current carrying conductor is perpendicular to to magnetic field, force will be maximum. Direction of magnetic field doesn't matter in either cases.
