when myopia and hypermetropia happen together, is this called presbyopia?

yes myopia hypermetropia happen Together is known as presbyopia.




and this disease can be cured by using suitable a spectacles of bifocal lens.

Actually , this is kind of true where the person has short sightedness (myopia)and far sightedness(hyper metropia)..which results in a case called presbyopia

When the person ages the ciliary muscles in the eye loose their capacity to be flexible which makes them suffer with myopia and hypermetropia together called as presbyopia---bifocal lens is used to correct the defect



INTERESTING  FACT:
In greek presbyopia means old eye
by now you might now know the reason why , though it may be also caused in some young children too these days....pretty unfortunate
