Let the radius of big drop be=R and the radius of small drop be=r

Let “V” be ele. potential energy of big drop and “v” be ele. potential energy of small drop.

So, according to the question-

4/3 *pie*R^3 = n* 4/3 * pie*r^3

So, R=n^(1/3) r

And, we know that V=kq/r

So, v=n^(1/3)V
