When pea plant of white flower cross with pea plant of violet flower.
Then what are will be in F1 progeny.
And if we had written that all will be pea plant of white flower because they are dominant then will we get half marks from 1 mark question

the result in f1 progeny is is it the violet flower and white flower will be in 3:1....violet flower 75% and white fllower 25%

I guess this question depends on what you take:
If you take violet pea plants as(VV) and white as(ww) then the F1 progeny will all be violet in colour[Vw,Vw,Vw,Vw]..here violet is dominant and white is recessive.
If you take white plants as(WW) and violet plants as(vv) then the F1 progeny will all be white in colour[Wv,Wv,Wv,Wv]..here white is dominant and violet is recessive.
If you take violet pea plants as(VV) and white as(ww) then the F1 progeny will all be violet in colour[Vw,Vw,Vw,Vw]..here violet is dominant and white is recessive.
