2) Budget : If you have a Budget for getting a pro pack for a Website Creator (eg. WordPress or GoDaddy) so that you can get your own Domain and many other Features, then go for it...

3) Review : Review, if you have enough information to upload it to your website or not...(eg. If you are. starting a blog website...then check out if you have enough information for posting blogs until some of the viewed join your blog...)

4) Trending : Try to create a website that is according to the most Trending topics... if you want to check trends...then you can search for "Google Trends" to search out the most Trending topics...
