when poison expires will it be more poisonous or less poisonous ?

Expiry of a poison, means that it loses its biological activity.
For example what happens when a protein is denatured, a very good example would be snake toxin. Snake toxins are basically polypeptides, so small proteins if you will. If you eat snake toxin, the enzymes in your stomach, intestines, pancreas etc. will digest the protein i.e denature it and it would be absolutely harmless. On the other hand, if snake toxin was injected into your bloodstream it would have serious and even fatal consequences. So to answer your question, an expired poison is not only less poisonous, the chances are that it will become harmless.
