When population reaches carrying capacity of environment is mortality rate more than birth rate?

no...carrying capacity of environment means the capacity of environment to provide the required shelter and food to organisms bt if the no of dieing organism is more (mortality rate) then its very obvious tht the shelter and food will be provided to every organism in sufficient amount and the population will nevr reach to carrying capacity.bt if the natality rate is high then slowly the needed resources will decrese and population will reach to carrying capacity
