When read colour light moves from air to glass, how does the speed, wavelength and frequency of the

refracted ray compare with that for the incident ray?

Answer:

we know that C=fλ where C is the speed of light wave, f is frequency of light wave and λ is wavelength of light wave . Frequency of the light wave remains constant in any medium so when light wave goes rarer to denser medium, it's speed decreases hence the wavelength of the wave also decreases.
