When riots (fights and conflicts) become uncontrollable, they lead to destruction. The first and the foremost example is the break out of the First World War. Kaiser William II,(A German Emperor) went on proclaiming that Germany would be the world leader. The German army started digging the Kiel Canal deeper. Again, they started armament race (building more arms and ammunitions). It feels humorous, that if one country starts building arms, the other countries are compelled to do so. In the Sarajevo Crisis, Austria's hostility towards the Serbians rose. This started the First World War.
