Hello friend,
Thanks for asking such a question
India will named as developed country when all those corrupt official, politician, police and many other people either sent to prison or killed because only because of them our country economic development is blocked or say choked
In addition to society have to aware about importance of girls education and supporting girls in every field because girls have more potential than boys for doing any task
we have to respect girls then there will be bounding and this will help to develop our country
Although we have to eradicate unemployment, poverty
we also must respect poor because they are also human being this will create bounding between rich and poor
Including this we also have to develop our infrastructure as Japan, China and American did
We have to increase our GDP rate in poistive aspect
we have to setup many industry, school, development in IP sectors
Mainly our medical system is very poor in rate first we have to spy on it because in market there are lot of doctors having PhD degree and they don't know what is fever??

The fastest country to develop was China in just 30 yrs, they mange to develop their infrastructure and health sector and also are world biggest market now for everything but it still is not considered as develop as its per capita income is low in comparison to other develop nations so now if we look at India,
India is one of the fastest developing countries in world which gdp (gross domestic product) is currently growing at the rate 7% per year.
So our gdp is growing at good rate but our poor population is very large around 300 million and our health sector is worse,India also lacks in terms of infrastructure and there are no strict policies to stop population growth which is major cause of poverty, but govt has implemented some yognas but if this goes on we will take around 40 - 50 yrs it's my assumption, it can be right but not too sure cause we have many problems in India like people living in villages are still uneducated and lacks human development and India's hygiene is one of the worst as people pee on streets and there are too many diseases and untidy streets so we do need many decades to improve this things but acc to some economists if India implement policies like China we can become develop country in just 20 years but it will possible if people and govt work together but which is hardly seen today.
So i think that our future is in hands of people living today.
Hope this helps : )
