When the positive and negative electrodes of a cell are denoted as P a d N inside the cell???

Option:

1) Current is from N to P

2) Current is from P to N

3) Ions move from P to N

The answer is no.-2) Current moves from positive to negative (P to N) terminal.
It is the right answer because the current always moves opposite to the direction in which charge flows. As the charge always moves from negative to positive terminals of the battery, the answer becomes applicable.
