Solution

Given :-

  • 5 Ohm , 15 Ohm & 60 Ohm these are Resistance connected in parallel .

Find :-

  • Equivalent Resistance

Explanation

If r1 , r2 & r3 are connected in parallel.

Then, equivalent Resistance(R) be

\boxed{\underline{\tt{\red{\:\dfrac{1}{R}\:=\:\dfrac{1}{r_{1}}+\dfrac{1}{r_{2}}+\:\dfrac{1}{r_{3}}}}}}

Keep all Values,

➡ 1/R = 1/5 + 1/15 + 1/60

➡1/R = (12 + 4 + 1)/60

➡1/R = 17/60

➡R = 60/17

➡R = 3.53 Ohm

Hence

  • Equivalent Resistance will be = 3.53 Ohm
