I have answered this type of questions earlier.

13*a+11 ———-(1)

17*b+9 ———(2)

13*a = 13*b+4*b-2

Combining (1) and (2) we get, 221*k-93 or 221*k+128

The short cut is (13*17*k)+(9*13+11).
