Missing point in question:-

wavelength corresponding to maximum energy changes from 0.26mm to 0.13mm. Then what is ratio of emmissive power of body to the temperature is ?

Answer :-

As part of Weins' displacement law λ(m)T = constant

∴  λ(1)T(1) = λ(2)T(2)

∴ T(1)/T(2) =  λ(1)/λ(2) = 1/2

However, emmissive power α T⁴

emmissive power (E1 / E2) = (T1/T2)⁴

emmissive power (E1 / E2) = (1/2)⁴ = 1/16

emmissive power (E1 / E2) = 1/16
