When the voltage drop across a p-n junction diode is increase from 0.65 v to 0.70 v, the change in the diode current is 5mA. What is the dynamic resistance of the diode? ​

Answer:

That's very very basic question.

v2 - v1 = .5 \\ i = 5 \times  {10}^{ - 3}  \\ therefore \: r = 0.5  \div  5 \times  {10}^{ - 3}

 = 100
