When there is lot of snowfall in shimla ,the weather in delhi too becomes cloudy and cold.how does this happen?

As Delhi is near of Shimla so weather becomes chilled

If there is lot of snow fall in Shimla the weather of Delhi chilled because it is nere Shimla and the distance from Shimla is (343.4km) not only Delhi not only the weather of Delhi is cloudy and chilled there were many states near Himachal Predesh like Chandighar , Uttarakhand , Punjab and Haryana is also having cold and cloudy weather it means that Shimla is having lots of snowfall and it filled Delhi also cold
