when two equal volumes solution of two different PHs are mixed then how to get the final PH

The pH of the final solution will be the same of the first two solutions

If Phs are 11 and 12, will it be 23?
no the ph will vary
for example, if ph of 7 is reacted with ph of 7 will get ph 7
ph scale is only upto 14
