When we feel drowsy our breathing rate slows down. And our body doesn't receive sufficient amount of oxygen.
Reason - When we feel drowsy our breathing rate slows down and we doesn't receive sufficient amount of oxygen to produce the normal energy to work as at a certain time our cells also needs rest.

When we fell drowsy then we take a long and deep breadth of air.No,Our body doesn't receive sufficient oxygen because when we fell drowsy we don't breathe as deeply as we normally do and hence our breathing and our breathing rate slow down.
