C) Towards the centre of circular track

As the vehicle will move there will be two Normal reactions exerted because of the tyres in upward direction.

It will be balanced with the weight of the car that is mg which will be in downward direction.

Two frictional force will be acting between both the tyres and the road and it will be directed towards the center of the circular path which is providing necessary centripetal force to the system.
