BJP as Bharatiya Janata Party is one of the two major political parties in India with the Indian National Congress.

Supporters of BJP would boldly call it a ‘nationalist party’ which is intensely committed to the ideology of a political philosophy that is supposed to be a religion-neutral term.

Opponents of the BJP interestingly sometimes give very similar arguments with a different interpretation.

BJP is a rightist party which defines a wider political coalition called the Sangh-Parivar!
