When water is added to CUSO4.5H2O, it turns blue but how the crystals will be formed back join the water

If a drop of water was poured over anhydrous copper sulphate then then some of the watermolecules will form coordinate bonds with Cu2+ ion and some of the water molecules will be immediately taken as water of crystallisation
